Policy is set at various different forums including Referendum, AGM and Union Council.
All policy which is passed becomes part of the ethos of Kent Union and is actioned by the releveant member of the organisation. A policy must be renewed every 2 years, otherwise it will lapse, the Union Chair has the responsibility for ensuring that Council members are made aware of potential lapses.
