When you arrive, you'll be given a Welcome Week wallplanner, which tells you all the events that are happening throughout the week, daytime and evening.

Throughout the week, our Welcome Crew are running tours of campus, tours of town, trips to asda, scavenger hunts, fun sports, sports competitions, costume making sessions and loads more.
Please don't miss the Welcome Fayres (Thursday showcases societies, Friday is sports and community activity) come along and find out what Kent students do and get involved with them. You can also find out a lot more about Kent Union, register with Jobshop, get some advice and ask questions to your representative officers. there will also be lots of local and national companies willing to give you presents for doing absolutely nothing!!!
Into the evening we've got film showings, theme nights, school discos, karaoke, boys vs girls competitions and the infamous RAG challenge, plus a lot more.

Come Saturday, you'll be absolutely shattered, but save some energy because the Welcome Ball is always an awesome event. This year, the ball will be an awesome 3D SILENT DISCO with some great bands and djs performing for you.
