Kent Union Web Survey Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary. All entries must be completed online and include name, email address, post code and phone number.
2. There are 5 prizes of free entry for one person into all Students’ Union run and managed events at the Venue and the Lighthouse until July 31st 2010
3. The web survey will be open from XXXXX to XXXXX 2009. All entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.
4. The prize draws will take place one week after the web survey closes on XXXXX 2009.
5. Winners will be drawn at random from all entries received that meet entry conditions.
6. Winners will be notified within 1 week of the draw finishing (XXXXX 2009).
7. If either a prize is declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter's discretion.
8. The draw is open to all students (undergraduate, postgraduate and distance learning) all staff (academic, administration and general). It is not open to the Students’ Union Exec and Sabbatical Officers, or Elliott People Ltd or their agencies (although these groups can participate in the survey they are not eligible for entry into the prize draw.) Only one entry per person. Entries received from third parties or agents will not be entered into the prize draw.
9. The prize is subject to availability. Elliott People reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value where necessary for reasons beyond its control.
10. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
11. A list of winners may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to University of Leicester Web Survey Winners at the address below by 31st January 2010.
12. A list of winners will be posted on the Students’ Union website by 30 January 2010.
13. Elliott People Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply may be disqualified.
14. Elliott People Limited reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
