The Student Advice Centre is a free service for all students of the University of Kent
This includes part-time as well as full-time students and those students studying franchised courses at other colleges; e.g. Canterbury College, South Kent College, Mid Kent College and Tonbridge.
Our service is confidential and independent of the university - no one outside the advice centre has access to our records.
We offer appointments Monday- Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 pm. You will need to book in advance.

We also offer a drop-in service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm during term time. We can only deal with very quick and straightforward queries at drop-in - if your problem is more complex you will need an appointment.

This is a dedicated phone advice line service for students from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. You can use this service to get advice on most things, although we will sometimes need to ask you to make an appointment because the problem cannot be dealt with over the phone.
